  With due respect for all the work cited in your submission, I would like you to see more light on the issues that are supposed to be addressed..We have climate change..and then we need to transform the consumption pattern. we have many other "problems"that we face as part of the humanity.

  I am note sure if you had the opportunity to read my article on Ecological Safety,Sustainability Index posted at the discussion forum and also posted in this list..For me, all these peices of work indicate the facts that are quite well known to those who beleive in the words of Allah..

  There are certain facts that are matter of faith..that may be ever proved with a mind that has rejection of the communications of the word of God/Allah at the forefront..

  I would like to urge you again to read some chapters of Qur-an..and then look for the results of the questions that are part of the repertoire of the questions set for answers through the work multi-dimensional sceintists..Work on genome has proved the common ancestry of our human species.. Adam was created from clay and we are created from water..this has been communicated in Qur-an..While referring Qur-an and appealing for its reverent study, I do not wish to ignore the work of men and women on the created matter..ICT is an application that we are using through using the matter and energy created by Allah/God/..

  It is possible to view on the work of Muslims on several issues and that can be accessed through any search engine ...

Indeed, while I feel there are many with good intentions on this list, I 

must say that most of the time I feel as if I am in a kindergarten class

discussion relative to the amount of information that is available, 
  but 

  I am aware of the information sets that you refer to .I would like to request you to be free from assumptions of ignorance on the part of people who are in the list..You may be true with reference to some information sets..This is true for me as well, as there some information sets that I hold to be true while noting the cognitive structures and their limitations.

  There are different kinds of fundamentalisms..Rustam Barucha here in India have a book on that. You can see a reference to the  worldviews in my conceptual organisation at www.muhammad_mukhtar_alam.tigblog.org . I am taking time to write for you as there are many in Europe and US who reject faith based communications in general while lapping up things that are speculations indicating the conclusions that are obvious.

I find this list to be "a cut above most others". 

If we are to solve the world's problems, IMHO, we have to evolve our

own consciousness -- a fundamentalist approach cannot cure 

fundamentalism. 

  We all tend to get fundamentalists ..it is just the perspective..I have chosen to be a Muslim...as one submitting to communications of Allah..in several matters that are subjects of speculation..for those who donot believe..

  Please forgive me ,offense in not inteded..we need to exhort each other and all on the path of truth and constancy .............with pateince, forgiveness,faith in the oneness of God/Allah...piety, prayer 5 times a day,,,donations for poor, prevention of usury,adultery,homosexuality
