Dear Marguerite

If you believe, as I do, that "Value" or "money's worth" is a form of energy 
(Capital being "static" or "potential" Value and Money being "dynamic" or 
"kinetic" Value) then the problem in the global monetary and capital markets 
is simple and clear.

The money that we use is not "Value" but a claim over Value issued by Banks: 
it is an exact analogy of the relationship between Matter and anti-Matter.

I am observing the emergence of a new form of "Financial Capital" which is 
neither absolute/infinite ("Equity") nor absolute/temporary for a defined 
period of time ("Debt") but rather indefinite or "evergreen". Quantum 
Capital if you like.

This is made possible by the existence of the "Open" Corporate entity of 
which the new (post 2001) UK "Limited Liability Partnership" is the first 
example.

Simply put, an "Open" Corporate links people together legally COLLECTIVELY 
but not INDIVIDUALLY.  ie it gives "joint" but not "several" responsibility 
for each other within the terms of a consensual agreement..

This entity is  emerging in the UK not because I say so, but because IT 
WORKS.  In the US it is quite possible to attain the same result using an 
LLC.

I believe that this entity transcends the current faultline between the 
existing monetary system and Reality, and is in fact already beginning to do 
so.  Those enterprises which do not use this collaborative partnership-based 
enterprise model will, I believe, be at a disadvantage to those who do.
